Authorities release 911 tape in shooting death

ARCHDALE - The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill student who was fatally shot Sunday morning by an Archdale police officer told a 911 dispatcher that he was intoxicated and armed with a 9 mm pistol, according to an audio recording released by Guilford Metro 911 Wednesday.
