HIGH POINT - As manager of the Emergency Department at High Point Regional Hospital, Meg Cashion knows a thing or two about intense drama.

But Cashion's Thursday morning shift represented a dramatic first for the veteran trauma nurse: She filmed a movie scene with one of Hollywood's most highly regarded movie stars, Aidan Quinn.
